I picked up a few holders for my Haas mill and, for the most part, they did what I needed. Most of them fit fine right away, no big drama. One of them though, yeah, that one took more fiddling than I was expecting, which was a little annoying in the middle of trying to get other stuff done. The holders themselves seem decent, but I do wish the site made it clearer which machines each item is actually meant for. Maybe it’s listed somewhere and I missed it, but still, I’d say check twice before ordering...

I had a good experience getting my setup calibrated. The whole calibration process went smoothly, which I appreciated because I was expecting it to be more confusing or take a lot longer than it did. Haas definitely has that recognizable name, so I didn’t go in feeling like I was wandering into some sketchy corner of the internet. That said, I wasn’t exactly ready to throw my money at the screen either. I’d feel a lot better if there were more recent reviews and clearer info spelled out before ordering. It looks legit, but for me, a famous reputation only carries the story so far before I need actual proof...

The prices were solid for what I got. It feels like everything is overpriced everywhere now, so it was nice to find something that didn’t make me feel like I was getting ripped off.
I checked a few other places too, and this seemed like the better deal overall. Most of the time you either pay too much or get something cheap that feels cheap, but this was a decent balance.

The item was protected and arrived in one piece, so I’ll give them that. But the box was banged up, especially around the corners, and it didn’t look like it was handled well at all. I’ve seen minor dents before, but this was enough that I feel like I need to bring it up with customer service so it doesn’t keep happening
